Dance Fit is a fun and highly energetic dance workout with a combination of street and 'strictly' Latin moves.  The class is a full body aerobic workout which provides sessions of high intensity. The overall intensity of a class is suitable to all fitness levels. Regular Dance Fit classes will let you dance in a relaxed environment where you can let yourself go, learn some new dance moves and have a laugh. Dancing is one of the most enjoyable ways to get yourself moving. Whilst you're having fun, you're getting all the health benefits of a good workout.

Regular dancing is great for losing weight, maintaining strong bones, improving posture and muscle strength, increasing balance, posture and co-ordination whilst getting rid of stress. 

This class is suitable for all fitness levels, come along, get away from the daily drink, let your hair down and give it a go - you will enjoy it!
