​This class focuses on posture, keeping the body strong and improving flexibility throughout the body, keeping the muscles long and lean. 

Our challenging but non-impact supple strength class will compliment your cardio and weight training with improvements to your strength, core stability, body alignment, balance, flexibility and posture.

Supple strength blends aspects of yoga, pilates and stretching to create a relaxing yet challenging workout.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels and enables you to start with a range of movement with which you are comfortable and challenge yourself as your flexibility improves.
