Box Circuit

Box your body into shape..

Box circuit is a high energy class which uses different gym equipment and includes various boxing related activities within a circuit. This class will give you a full body work out, get you working hard and improve your overall fitness.

Our box circuit class is suitable for all fitness levels and includes a strength and cardio work out, boxing techniques, pad work and specifically timed circuit stations which incorporate different boxing styles and both cardio and resistance moves.

This class is great for burning fat, toning, improving coordination and developing self confidence. Boxing gloves are provided.
