Crazy Cardio is a fun way to build your endurance levels with a full body workout which aids weight loss. Crazy Cardio similar to High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with variations on each exercise which make the class suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Crazy Cardio is ideal for busy schedules and lifestyles and slots easily into your Saturday morning plans.  Crazy Cardio is the route to a healthier heart, as you'll push yourself  which will help you to lose weight rather than muscle whilst increasing your metabolism. 

Team this class up with Zoe's Ladies Boxing class which is straight afterwards from 11.00 - 11.30 for the perfect combination of cardio and endurance.

HIIT Step

Every few weeks Crazy Cardio will be a HIIT Step class and this will be communicated via the Girls Allowed Gym members Whatsapp group and via the Girls Allowed Gym Facebook page.

HIIT Step is designed to bespoke soundtracks that have been created by some of the UK's top house DJs. HIIT Step is a high energy class that pushes you to new limits. HIIT Step is accessible to all due to the assitance you can gain from the use of the step. You can burn up to 400 calories in one session and then continue to burn calories after the class. HIIT Step will improve your power, speed, coordination, agility and endurance. You can book your space on the main HIIT Step class offered at Girls Allowed Gym.
