Not know where or how to start when it comes to using gym equipment? Lacking motivation when it comes to your own work out? Need guidance to establish your own gym routine? Our new gym circuit class is ideal for you if you need some ideas for exercises you can do yourself on our gym equipment and machines or if you need that extra push. 

Gym circuit is a fun supervised gym-based session within which we'll show you exercises to improve fitness and monitor your technique.  If you need a refresher in the gym or are a complete novice, this is a great class to increase your confidence and give you a good full body workout.

This class is for all ages and fitness levels, takes place on a Tuesday and Thursday evening for 45 minutes.
