Kettlebells and TRX



The best of both...

A combination of kettle bells and TRX classes -all within one class. Partner up with a fellow class attendee and one of you will do the kettle bell exercise, whilst the other of you performs the TRX exercise - and then swap! This class provides an excellent workout and includes moves from two different classes to vary the exercises, to include the unstable use of the TRX to enhance your core and to provide you with a full-body workout.

A great combination of cardio, stamina and strength building!
