You'll typically burn between 250-400 calories in our LBT class within which you'll be using your own body weight for exercises such as lunges, squats, calf raises, steps, jumps, stomach crunches and bridges. This class focuses on toning, tightening and firming up your abdomen, bottom, hips, thighs and legs whilst also increasing your stamina and endurance.
