Meta Fit



Get results quickly with this tough class...

From squat jumps and push ups to plank taps and burpees - this class is one of our most challenging classes yet. Meta fit is a 30 minute workout which combines HIIT (high intensity interval training) moves with traditional body weight exercises.

Our meta fit class includes interval training and keeps your body burning calories hours after the class has finished.

Meta Fit classes were designed originally by a former marine and ensure that you push yourself to your limit and beyond.

Meta fit is a only half hour long and fits easily into your schedule. It is highly intense and will ensure you burn maximum calories in a short amount of time.

If you attend Meta Fit classes regularly you will soon build up your fitness and see results.

Although Meta Fit is intense as a class on its own, this short class can be conveniently joined with other classes in our extensive class timetable. Combine a 30 minute Meta Fit class with Spin on Friday morning or join Meta Fit and Boxercise on a Monday morning for an hour-long workout.  You can also combine it with TRX on a Monday evening.
