Embrace suspension training...

TRX class introduces straps attached to a frame which use gravity and body weight to produce resistance to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.

In this low-impact but intense class, you'll be in control of the level of challenge you put into the workout as you can adjust your body position to increase or decrease resistance. TRX is an effective total body workout which will help you to build a solid core whilst increasing muscular endurance. Lots of muscles will be used in each exercise which means you will see results fast.

This 45-minute class is suitable for all fitness levels, you can start as a beginner and continue to get stronger and progress.
