Breakfast hash

All you need for this quick and easy breakfast or brunch delight is:

  • spinach
  • mushrooms
  • sweet potato
  • red onion
  • eggs

Fry the onion and sweet potato in coconut oil, add in mushrooms and then crack 2 eggs into the mixture and add the spinach and a pinch of salt and pepper.


Chocolate and blueberry smoothie bowl

For this tasty breakfast you need:

  • 2 scoops of choclate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp of flaxseed1 handfull of frozen blueberries
  • 1 handfull of kale (which you can’t taste)
  • Splash of coconut milk
  • Selection of nuts, seeds and dried fruit

Blitz the smoothie in a Nutribullet or blender and pour into a bowl then sprinkle on the nuts and seeds for a fulfilling and healthy breakfast bowl.
