I’ve lost two and three quarter stone and I’m overjoyed! I’ve also obviously been healthy eating during this time too, but one is enhancing the other and it’s great!

I have met so many likeminded women since joining GA, we share experiences especially around the all too common Peri menopause and how weight training is beneficial for this condition.
As cheesy as it sounds GA is my second home, I feel part of a community. Instead of sitting at home when I have a spare hour I pop to GA and workout to music/podcast, have a chat, share workouts, and nutrition tips (aka what cheeky dinner/drink I am going to eat after my workout) and instantly my mood is lifted!
To know that whilst I am benefiting so much, I am also supporting a local independent business is a bonus!
GA went above & beyond in order to keep members interested and on track during Covid, with PT offers, online daily and weekend warrior workouts, challenges and walking /running clubs (all socially distanced of course )
